About the job
As aleno grows, we seek an experienced Account Executive to drive our sales initiatives within the hospitality sector. This pivotal role is designed for a sales veteran who not only brings a wealth of experience and an impressive track record but also possesses a deep passion for transforming the hospitality industry through technology. If you're driven, persuasive, and ready to take your sales career to the next level, we want you on our team.
You'll become part of the core sales team, which consists of 4 team members. You will be reporting to the VP of Sales.
What you will be doing
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the hospitality sector. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers. Understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how aleno can solve them.
- Conduct engaging and informative, in-person and virtually, product demonstrations tailored to each potential client's needs.
- Preparation and negotiation of customised offers tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
- Keep updated on industry trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development suggestions.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and enhance product offerings based on market needs.
What you bring along

Proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the hospitality or related technology sectors, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales role.

Demonstrable ability to close high-value deals and exceed sales targets consistently.

Strong network within the hospitality industry, with established relationships with key players.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Deep understanding of the hospitality industry's challenges and opportunities.

Fluency in German (Swiss grammar preferred), with proficiency in English. Knowledge of French or Italian is a significant plus.

Willingness to travel extensively across Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.
