The integration of the property management system protel On-Premise (Air coming soon) and the guest management system aleno automates and optimises the coordination and cooperation between F&B and Rooms. Perfect Coordination
Different data is recorded in the PMS and reservation system. Via the integration, data such as name, e-mail, telephone number, days of stay, room number and category, package and personal notes are sent to aleno. They are thus available in both systems without having to ask guests several times and re-enter information. The automatic cooperation of the two tools relieves staff and guests while leaving more time and information for personal service on the side of staff and and enjoyment on the side of the guests.
Restaurant Preferences
The restaurant staff are informed about the occupancy rate as well as about individual guests and reservations. Thanks to integration, aleno Rooms displays information from the length of stay to the booked hotel package. Personal service can be provided and planning optimised without having to ask again. For example, with the repeat function, the same table can always be reserved for the guest for the duration of the stay or the reservation can be moved to another time or another restaurant.
